Buyer is responsible for all laws in there state about ownership of all pythons, boas or any constrictors. If you need a permit to own a python , boa or any constrictor in your state I need a copy of your permit before I will sell one to you.

Full payment is required prior to shipping.
We only accept USPS postal money
orders made payable to Tom McCarthy.
GUARANTEE
All animals will be honestly represented, healthy, feeding
and correctly sexed. Upon receiving your animals,
promptly verify the sexes to ensure our accuracy. If you
are not satisfied for any reason, we will replace the
animal(s), give you a credit for full value, or provide
you with a full money refund (your choice) for the cost
of the return freight, as long as you notify us within 48
hours from the time of arrival. After 48 hours of the
shipment's arrival, we assume no further liabilities.
SHIPPING
We only ship on Monday thru Wednesday with Fed Ex next day 10:30 am delivery. We will also have to see what the
weather is going to be like in my area and your area before
shipping. We will not ship any boa or python unless the temp
is above 38 degrees and below 90 degrees in both areas for the two days the boa is in transit. We only sell boas and pythons in the continental United States. We do guarantee live arrival unless otherwise specified in the sale.
